The Power of Calm
I firmly believe that calm is a superpower. It's not just an emotional response, it's a way of being — and it's necessary in order to move towards your goals with grace. So often we think we need to tap into a fight or flight response to spur us into action, but in doing so, we are subconsciously training ourselves to be motivated by stress and anxiety.
And it's not sustainable.
While yes, working under these circumstances may seem productive and even profitable, it slowly breaks us down, mentally and physically, until we inevitably burn out. Depleted, we shift into survival mode until we can regain our composure and begin the cycle all over again.
But what if there was another way?
I'm here to help you learn how to approach your life mindfully, in a way that will teach you how to ground yourself in the present moment so you can evaluate your emotional responses and learn how to move through fear and stress gracefully and no longer be controlled by the past.
You don't need to walk alone any longer
Whether you're the CEO of a large corporation trying to deal with the ongoing stress and pressures that come with being a heart-centered high achiever in a position of leadership, or simply finding your way through some big life changes, such as a divorce or the loss of a loved one, it's completely understandable that you may be feeling overwhelmed, lost, and in search of a new way of being.
My coaching is rooted in the belief that you need to find your way back to a calm center and release yourself from the constraints of the past before you're able make the right decisions that will bring your life into alignment with a vision for what you truly want.
During our sessions, I will put YOU in the driver seat, giving you the power to decide where you want to go on any given day. Think of me as your built-in GPS — you are in control of the car, but I am there to guide you, to make you aware of any roadblocks or traffic around you, and assure that you are moving in the right direction — so ultimately, you can find your way home to yourself.
Using traditional coaching techniques rooted in the core energy coaching methodology, paired with mindfulness meditations and stress reduction exercises, my goal is to build a partnership with you so that you can achieve success and move forward towards your vision for a compelling future.
