How The Settled Group Coaching Program Works
Each week you'll join virtually with a small group of heart-centered individuals, like yourself, and work to create a deeper understanding of who you are, why you operate the way you do, and what may be creating the chaos within and keeping you stuck in unsustainable patterns of behavior in your life.
With this newfound awareness you'll begin to develop the necessary tools to form a more calm and centered space from which you can create a greater sense of self empathy, kindness, and care for yourself and the world around you. From that space, you'll begin to create a vision for what you truly want and work to develop accountability system that allows you to be in action towards those intentions and finally create the change you are seeking in your life.
Throughout our twelve weeks together, my role is to gently guide and support you through this journey and facilitate healing through core-energy coaching work, guided meditation, group reflection and accountability, and work alongside you as you learn and implement the settled coaching method.
What to Expect Each Week

90 Minute Weekly Coaching Calls
Each week we'll join together via Zoom for 90 minutes of focused and collaborative learning and exploration.
Prior to each call you'll receive a structured agenda outlining the focus for that week's session, which will include: grounding meditations, guided lessons, group discussions, breakout room partner work, 1:1 Coaching and accountability mapping

Weekly Guided Meditations
Each week within the private membership portal you'll receive a series dedicated meditations to incorporate into your daily routine and promote a sense of calm and clarity.
You'll also receive unlimited access to Thom Collective, with 20+ hours of guided meditations and class recordings

A Built-In Support System
The magic of group often happens in between live calls. Each week you'll challenge yourself by declaring intentions and action items for yourself and be paired with an accountability partner to support you, hold space for you, and cheer you on.
Additional support comes from the private membership group where you can check in and converse with other group members.

Meet Your Guide
Hi! I'm Michael and I will be your guide throughout these twlve weeks of group coaching. I'm an ICF certified professional coach and mindfulness teacher on a mission to create a calmer, kinder, and more connected world. With a background in corporate leadership, education, and the creative arts, I try and bring a unique blend of calm and focus to my coaching that helps clients quickly zero in on the areas of their life that require a shift and then work together to put them in motion towards a transformation in those areas. I bring a holistic approach to my coaching sessions and utilize the core energy coaching methodology, mindfulness, as well as guided mediation and a variety of development tools curated to fit the needs of each client. Throughout our time together my goal is to show up and hold space for you in whatever way you need me that day - I am a coach, a guide, a champion, a cheerleader, a confidant, and someone who firmly believes in you.
